If at some point when trying to use Team Snap Live, powered by Fantag, and get the below error, you have unfortunately been logged out of Fantag.



After using TeamSnap Live for the first time, you should've received an email from us with your login credentials that looks like the below image, to log into the Fantag app.

If you deleted, can't find this email or lost your log in credentials you'll need to create a new password in the Fantag App. Read the "How do I reset my Fantag password" FAQ
