Be sure to check your app settings to make sure you are allowing Fantag to use your device’s mic and camera. Also, make sure your location services are on and you have correctly entered the location of the event on the event location screen. If you recording a personal event, there is no need to enter a location as Fantag will use your current location.
Alternatively, your cellular connection may not be strong enough to support the recording of video within the app.
